   I believe more people die from being shot in the head and chest than being shot in the legs, buttock or private areas.

   no such thing as bullet-proof, it takes several pounsd of stiff, hard-to-move kevlar just to stop a 9mm. it takes ceramic plates to stop a 7.62. you wouldnt be able to move.
